Know my story
Hi, I'm Monica.
In 2014, Max entered my life, marking the beginning of a dream come true: having a German Shepherd. However, the first four years were not as I had imagined. I experienced pain, rejection, and embarrassment because Max was not trained, which led to multiple inconveniences.
Determined to change our situation, in 2018, when Max and I moved to university, I made the firm decision to train him. It was time to transform our lives and fulfill everything I had dreamed of with him. Through effort and dedication, Max became a Certified Service Animal, accompanying me on plane, train, and bus trips, among others.
Max’s story inspired me to continue expanding our family. This is how Milan arrived, rescued and welcomed as another dog son and Max’s new little brother. Together, we have built a life full of adventures and continuous learning.

I’ve been with my dog for 4 years and even though my veterinarian was less than a mile away, Monica Sanchez was still my number 1 go to. Her tender warm love that she shares with her companions taught me to do the same with mine. She aided in controlling my dog's anxiety, and not just at a surface level, but rather to its roots. After I moved to Saudi Arabia I’ve had trouble allowing my dog to adjust, and Monica has aided with all the tools and mental stimulation that was necessary to further promote his comfort. Not only is she educated, but she lived a lifelong with companions in between her family and whilst she was abroad. Take care of your little ones, she always told me. I feel grateful to have such a figure in my life.
